Troubleshooting
The messages below are the ones the studio can actually show you, and what to do about each.
“Failed to convert PDF. Please try a different file.”
The PDF could not be rasterised into an image. This usually means it is a vector CAD sheet with unusual embedded content, or it is password-protected. Export the sheet to PNG or JPG from your CAD tool and upload that instead.
“Failed to upload image. Please try again.”
A network interruption during upload. Retry; if it keeps happening on one specific file, re-save or re-export it, since a partially written file will fail consistently.
“Cannot delete the only image in the project”
A project always keeps at least one image. Upload the replacement first, then delete the one you no longer want — or delete the whole project from the projects page.
“Failed to download image” or “Failed to delete image”
Transient errors talking to storage. Retry once. If a download keeps failing, the image is still safe in the project — reload the studio and try again.
A generation failed and I lost credits
You did not. Credits are refunded automatically when a job fails or is rejected. The on-screen counter can lag behind — reload the studio and it refreshes from the server. See credits and billing.
The render ignored my design
Usually an input problem rather than a prompt problem. Crop tightly to the building or room, upload the highest resolution you have, and remove title blocks and whitespace. See supported inputs.
The result is close but the mood is wrong
Change the lighting before changing anything else — time of day affects a render more than any other single control. The scene settings reference lists every option.
